I have been training with Liam since April. It has been a great experience as I have progressively developed my strength, stamina and stability.  He works within my limitations ( bad knee), allowing modifications as needed ( like minimizing impact ). Most importantly he pays attention to detail - I have never had a trainer who was focused on form, posture and correct execution. Back in April i was happy just to be able to continue to work out and now I can see I can move the goal post and be in the best shape I’ve ever been. Thanks Liam!

I’ve been training with Liam for several months and believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers in the Charleston area. I began training on a temporary basis without an entire commitment to Liam or a specific program. 


Although I have focused on strength/weight training for several years, Liam challenged me to concentrate on balance, technique and form. He has been focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and fun.


My fitness level has increased and I have seen improvement in my ability to stabilize my body and lift progressively heavier weights. I actually look forward to my workouts.
